SENATE BILL NO. 32 "An Act relating to medical assistance                                                                       
payments for home and community-based services" was read the                                                                    
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 694.                                                           
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(FIN) "An Act                                                                       
relating to medical assistance payments for home and community-                                                                 
based services and provision of personal care services in a recipient's                                                         
home; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(FIN) was read the third time.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senators Thomas, French, Meyer, Wielechowski, Kookesh moved and                                                                 
asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the bill.
